EXCELLENT! ABSOULTELY 5 STARS! My daughter's 18th birthday celebration was yesterday August 17, 2025 in Duncan. We learned about DJ Paul from a friend and I contacted him once and he immediately got back to me. I explained everything from the party time, date, expected volume of guests and he is very professional. I am new to this and was our first time to party with a DJ and Paul was just so accommodating. He's a busy guy and always fully booked but last but even tho' there had been a mishap on our part, coz we submitted our list of songs super late but he still managed to put it all up for us to have a successful event. He was on time, very accommodating and everybody really had fun from the grown ups, teenagers and kids! He didn't just play music but he made it interactive! I will definitely refer Paul if any of my friends and colleagues is needing a DJ. He made the party super alive and the quality of music is just superb! Paul, you scared me at first because you are a big guy but... YOU REALLY ROCK AND YOU REALLY ARE THE MAN!!!!! And super thank you for being a part of my daughter's 18th birthday celebration!

DJ PTK was our DJ and MC for our wedding at Bodega Ridge, and he absolutely nailed it. He was smooth, confident and worked in some hilarious lines on the mic. His music selection was spot on and our guests couldn't stay off the dance floor. From start to finish he was a true professional, and always attentive to the vibe of the day. Thank you DJ PTK!

Mike and I couldnt recommend Dj PTK enough! He was personable, kind, mellow and played the perfect soundtrack for our wedding night at the Tigh Na Mara in Parksville. Not only did he Dj, but also MC'd the entire night! It took a LOT of pressure off of us, so we could enjoy moments and memories.

His set up and arrival was on time. He had wonderful, professional gear. The entire ceremony and reception had zero hiccups or issues.

To top it off I thought id mention some key pointers we noticed greatly:

- He always returned my many calls and email enquiries in a timely fashion.
- He worked amazingly and already knew the venue and other vendors like or commissioner etc; to ensure the schedule was on time, chemistry was good and zero stress for our big day.
- he engaged with guests and family, played requested songs by us that held special moments and introduced the wedding party one at a time. He truly aimed to make everyone to feel like their attendance mattered
- he shouted out and thanked our vendors for us!
- he helped me plan some special surprises foe my husband
- he set up the damn timeline for us even.

Overall, our guests were raving about him. We thought he was kind and hilarious

I would 100% hire DJ PTK again and again!!!!

I had the pleasure and honour of getting married to my best friend at Poet's Cove Resort on 17 July of this year.

We booked a DJ early on but he had to cancel as he was expecting his first baby on the day of our wedding. We then went back to searching for a DJ and found DJ PTK. And oh boy...we're so happy we did. We didn't know how much we need a DJ that did MCing until our big day, but it turned out invaluable for us to actually enjoy the day we spent a year and a half planning (we did not have a wedding planner).

Paul took the time to keep communication flowing between us, sent us some documents to fill (which helped him tailor our introductions and other speach by Paul during the night), must have song list, coordinate with other vendors/wedding coordinator from Poet's Cove and even some suprises during the night.

He provided us with a detailed schedule of the night and made sure everything went according to that timeline. Doing that made us both actually enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about keeping everyone on track. I even forgot the exact time and what would come next and just go with the flow, like the rest of the guests.

Even if the wedding was amazing and in general, pretty much perfect, there was still some snags (bartender trying to close the bar early as soon as her boss left and making rude comments about guests behind their backs) and Paul also had our back and talked to the venue on our behalf to tell them of what had happened.

My wife and I would 100% recommend DJ PTK. He was definetly a big part of why our wedding was so fun for guest but most importantly, for us, the wedding couple.

We hired DJ PTK for our wedding on July 9th 2025 at Sooke BC and it was the best choice we could have made. One of the main reasons why I picked PTK over the other DJs we were looking was how quickly he responded to my emails with all the necessary information I needed making it a stress free experience.

During the dinner he was a great MC making sure that we kept on track and helped organize the speeches making the dinner stress free for my wife and I.

Then during the dance he went beyond expectations keeping the energy high and making sure everyone was having a good time. Taking requests and making the night to remember.

One thing that was an unexpected highlight was when he brought out some glow sticks for my young niece and nephews which they absolutely loved.

I can't recommend DJ PTK enough, a truly great and professional guy who would be a great addition to any event!

we just had a major Casino event night at our store on thursday with over 200 guests and DJTPK just killed it ! The music choices were great and all the additional announcing that Paul had to do (for the 20+ prizes we had) was handle professionally & with ease! The little interactions with guests & winners of the prizes throughout the evening & his ability to build energy & generate a fun atmosphere was awesome! highly recommend!

I highly recommend DJ PTK for your event! He is super responsive before, during, and after the event. He was personable, organized, and communicative at our event. Our wedding was at Sea Cider, and we were pleasantly surprised how quickly he set up for the ceremony and the reception. He knew all the staff at Sea Cider and the catering team and coordinated with them throughout the event. He delivered everything he promised and more during the event. If you are shy, I HIGHLY recommend the MC services, our guests LOVED his stories and introductions. He easily had guests laughing and dancing. It was stress free to work with Paul and we would love to work with him again if another opportunity arises.

We hired DJPTK for our wedding in May at Bodega Ridge! He is a great DJ and MC. He worked so well with my planning coordinator (Allie Watters) and venue to ensure everything went smoothly. It made it so I could actually take the day in knowing things were being looked after. From start to finish I always feel like he had it covered. Great communication skills, always responding to any questions I had via email. He even remembered to follow up with me when there were things I forgot to get back to him on during all the wedding planning chaos.
